Like everyone else, I remember 9/11 all too well. I had just flown from New York to Los Angeles the night before — getting home at about 3am — only to be awoken a few hours later to see the towers fall. As you all know, it was terrifying and unbelievable. I sat fixated on the news for as long as I could stand it, which must have been three or four hours if not more.
